Bioterrorism training is conducted in
the event of and emergency involving biological hazards.
Training is conducted by a Registered Professional
Industrial Hygienist to respond to any size biohazard
incident. Preparedness for biological attack natural
disasters and other biohazard incidents is covered.
In addition certain occupational hazards are
discussed such as clean-up of bird droppings and bird borne
diseases are covered.
Special Operations Forces Medical Handbook may be
purchased separately or Occupational Diseases.

Specialists are individuals who respond with & provide
support to hazmat technicians. Duties parallel those of the
materials technician, however, those duties require a more
directed or specific knowledge e.g. use of special tools and
manuals how to build a safety plan.

8 Hour Refresher
|
HAZWOPER 29 CFR 1910.120 8 hour
refresher is designed to maintain compliance and proficiency
for Hazardous Waste and Emergency Response Operations, it
may include review of medical surveillance, Hazard
Communication, Spill Training, emergency contingency
planning respirators or other specifics by the employee to
meet compliance guidelines.
It may be taught by a variety of
methods, combined times, online or a combination of this and
other methods. Trainees have a competent instructor to
ask questions too.

Instructor reserves the right to modify
schedule and to insure learning objectives. Hour of
operation Mondays 08:00 to 19:00 Tuesday through Saturday
07:30 to 19:00. Training various from 8 to ten hours per day
for longer classes.
Trainees shall be medically able to perform all tasks
and attend all registered session.
Trainees must be able to work with little or no
Supervision from
employer or are self employed we are not the Supervisor.
Therefore standard
terms and conditions apply we are not responsible for
accidents and by taking training for our services you agree
to indemnify us and hold us harmless for any schedule,
accident or any liability whatsoever that is legal.
Trainees it is requested be clean shaven after they
are medically qualified to and so approved to wear a
respirator under 29 CFR 1910.120(f) the Physician shall be
provided that OSHA regulation by personnel registering or
their immediate authorized co-worker.

No trainees are allowed to take this
course Clandestine Drug Lab Operations, who have a narcotics
conviction or Class A,B,C felony without a state or court
approved; sponsored rehabilitation; Trainees shall Self
Certify and anyone miss-representing themselves of such
police records shall be subject to dismissal and no refunds
shall be issued.
We reserve the right to cancel if so there is a
refund for course parts we cancel, No Refund once started in
this program as time and resources of instruction are
committed, we may modify training times and dates for any
reason to meet trainee’s needs or bill for non completed
training. We do not Supervise employees or run business
operations that may vary considerably from training your
agency and trainees agree to hold us harmless for any
accidents. This
training is for positively hazardous operations that
training me change and rules may change after training all
participants agree we cannot be held legally responsible for
materials written or spoken after training as technology and
laws change.
All uses must follow their companies Site Specific Safety
Plans for HAZWOPER we do not do those Site Specific Safety
Plans.
