COOLING ENERGY is created from a unique PHASE CHANGE MATERIAL (PCM) mechanically sealed in durable inserts  $175.00 Each.  After freezing the inserts in ice water or a refrigerator,  COOLING VESTS deliver a constant temperature of 58°F/14°C for up to 3 hours.
